Design
Design commences with the creation of a concept where the customer product requirements are fused with the latest innovation available. In addition, our expertise over many man years in product development means we also consider the latest technology, environment and apply our experience in user case studies. Concepting is the very foundation for the basis of new product developments.
With concepting finalized, the next phase is specification definition which, in close partnership with the client, ensures that the requirments defined during the concept phase can be realized. Led by the customers specific needs, the exact product specifications are difined accurately which can include performance, ergonomics, usability, standards and durability.

Engineering
With the concept and specification work complete, the base product performance requirements exist. It is now the task for Design and Engineering to realize the requirements into an actual product. Design, electrical, electronic and software engineers work together to produce the most innovative product to meet the exact requirements.
Prototyping and testing follows in order to realize the product against the customers user environment. Finally the physical 'whole product' is tested and verified against any required specifications.

New Product Introduction
The industrial and production engineers then work on the designed product to ensure it meets manufacturability
requirements in order to achieve a high level of production and product
quality. Within the new product introduction function we ensure that the
product can be manufactured according to the laid down quality criterias.
The product may also need to pass a
different set of approval requirements depending on the user environment. By
utilizing our experience, type approval resources and co-operation with relevant bodies we are able to define the appropriate approvals, design the product according to these requirements and conclude the approval process on behalf of the client.
