The governing principle behind the SAVOX Communications quality policy may sound deceptively simple: our actions are always based on fulfilling our customers' needs. How we actually achieve this, day after day time, in our work requires a rather more complicated set of standards, procedures and principles.

In all our operations, we adhere to our Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of SFS-EN ISO 9001:2000 – and the requirements set by our customers. A less tangible but equally important factor is the ambition and the sense of duty of all SAVOX Communications employees. We keep our promises and always aim to deliver the best overall quality, which includes technical and operational quality, service and schedules.

A true quality policy recognises that there is room for improvement even though the customers are satisfied. Therefore, we constantly evaluate our training schemes, technology innovations, raw materials, service capabilities and other aspects of operations. Sharing information and adopting good work methods are essential aspects of how we function.

"Precise" and "reliable" are the attributes said to characterise both us and our products. We intend to keep living up to this perception as we broaden our safety concept through new designs and new technologies.
